Q. Do I have to be trade?
No. Our service is available to everyone.
Q. Do I need an account?
An account is not needed but you may wish to create one if you wish to use our services frequently.
Q. Are there any set up fees?
We don’t believe in charging set up fees, admit fees or restocking fees. Our pricing is fair, open and honest.
Q. Do I need to send a CAD file?
We can work with a multitude of file types such as .dxf .dwg .pdf .jpg .png but can also work from a napkin sketch or even just written dimensions.
Q.What are the delivery and collection options?
You can collect from us at anytime during office hours. Alternatively, we can arrange for a courier to delivery bulky or longer distance items.
Q. What ways can I pay?
Payments can be taken in person with Card or cash, or via a bank transfer.
